Sarah Sportman 2025 Year In Review

The Office of State Archaeology Year-In-Review lecture by State Archaeologist Dr. Sarah Sportman was held January 31, 2026 by the Connecticut State Museum of Natural History and hosted by the Manfield Public Library. Sarah presented highlights of the fieldwork, research, and activities undertaken by the Office of State Archaeology (OSA) and discussed the discoveries made in the last year. The 46 attendees listened to an informative, captivating presentation. They also were afforded time to look over and discuss with FOSA members displayed artifacts from Hollister, Ridgefield, Redding, Spenser and Little Toad sites / collections.
