For online processing, there are 4 steps involved:
1. First, please fill in the form below and print a copy for your records (page 1 is not needed).
2. Then click the  Submit Form  button below.
3. Next click  CONTINUE  on the small notification / acknowledgement page which will come up when the Membership Chair has been emailed.
4. A follow-up page will come up with instructions on how to complete the membership and/or donation process, for Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal Accounts. Those will all be done within the PayPal environment .

 Note: IF YOU DON'T COMPLETE THIS FOURTH STEP, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WON'T COMPLETE.
