The 1999 meeting, was held on February 28 at the Office of the State Archaeologist, 3107 Horsebarn Hill Road, Storrs, CT.

This was the second meeting held by the Friends of the Office of State Archaeology. While State Archaeologist Dr. Nicholas Bellantoni spoke of his current activities and FOSA's participation in it, the main speaker was Ellen Censky, Director of the Connecticut Museum of Natural History.
